We’re looking for a Program Manager who will be delivering highly effective data driven campaigns on time for a variety of markets and liaise with clients, agencies and internal departments from start to finish on all projects.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate between internal departments (Client Services, Operations, etc.)
  • Work with Account Executives by providing them with key support for administrative tasks, planning out new projects or orders for customers assigned.
  • Lead client activities related to the management of projects including answering client inquiries and executing on kitting/fulfillment projects, print, production, estimating, inventory and client deliverables
  • Create work back schedules, manage all aspects of production, and follow up with job analyses after completion as needed
  • Interpret and create instructions for various internal teams, perform quality control on all lettercopy and print proofs, review audits, coordinate data transfers.
  • Establish and maintain quality control standards and check points to ensure work is completed to standards and customer specifications.
  • Conduct postmortems and lessons learned after project completions and incorporate details into new projects.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working experience in marketing production/account management in the commercial print industry, with a strong understanding of offset, digital print and large format specifications.
  • Strong customer service skills, with ability to work overtime to meet customer demands with little to no notice
  • A champion of "process", strong data reporting and problem solving skills, clear and direct communication both oral and written, proven negotiator with impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail, the ability to make sense of the abstract, and to raise the bar to set new standards
  • Ability to enable cooperation with all levels of internal and external contacts, strong sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Well-developed analytical and problem solving competencies with strong initiative, sound judgment, and decisiveness
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset
